Ingredients:
- 6 potatoes, peeled & cut into bite size pieces
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 carrot, pared & sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 5 c. water
- 1 tbsp. salt & pepper
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Instructions:
Put all ingredients except evaporated milk in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours. Stir in milk during last hour.
