Ingredients:
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/3 c. shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Instructions:
Mix ingredients well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. Garnish with mint leaves or Maraschino cherries.
Makes 6 portions, 1/2 cup.
